MHELMThe work team of Nicolae Testemitanu University came up with two projects. According to Associate Professor Marcel Abras, vice-rector for social activity, the topic of the first project - Evaluation of the public procurement system in the Republic of Moldova - was determined by the fact that "we are in a continuous procurement process of products, services and works and it is important to do it in the right way, according to the law".
